Individual Therapy for Teens and Adults

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore your experience of chronic illness, pain, disability, anxiety, and trauma. Our work may include processing grief and changes in your body, building sustainable coping tools, setting boundaries without guilt, unlearning internalized ableism, and supporting your body’s stress response—so you can create a life that works with your body, not against it.

Couples and Family Therapy

Couples and family therapy focuses on improving communication, navigating conflict, and strengthening relationships in the context of chronic illness, pain, disability, and trauma. Sessions explore how stress, caregiving roles, and changing abilities impact connection, with support for building understanding, boundaries, and more sustainable ways of relating together.

Fees and Session Information

Individual Session

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and goals. More frequent sessions (up to twice weekly) may support stabilization during periods of heightened trauma-related distress or chronic anxiety, with the option to reduce frequency as symptoms improve or circumstances change. This flexible structure is tailored to your capacity and lived experience.
